What's happened to Savoldelli? Anyone know how many minutes he's lost to the GC guys?

Thanks for the link. Cycling TV is for crap today. My live viewer is not loading. I think they're overloaded.

Got to give props to Schleck too, he's riding a heck of a race.

^^ Yeah I thought Simoni might pull it out too. Di Luca's looking strong, I'm impressed. Great stage today and very cool finish. In the end Cunego didn't quite have the legs. Anyone know how many places Simoni jumps today? My guess it he's going to jump about 14 or more places, right?

Tomorrow's Mountain TT should be very interesting

^^ Agreed. It's such a cool idea to do a TT on an incline, I'm really interested to see what it does to the usual TT leaders.

Simoni goes moves up to 8th

EDIT: according to David Duffield (Eurosport commentator)

No doubt; it was one of my favorite stages in the TDF...forget what year ('04?), when they went up L' Alpe Duez (though really, I prefer a standard stage up that climb...more dramatic)

plus all the testosterone patches in the world aren't going to let them recover from today. It will be more interesting then most tts.

DiLuca is incredible this year, winning a classic and then having a Giro like this? I expected DiLuca to fall back exactly like Cunego did and that last 300 meters was amazing.

cycling.tv crapped-out again on me today, anyone else?

Really starting to shape up nicely here. I think we're starting to see who the top 5 will be. I'm surprised by Schleck, I figured it'd be another year or two before he started to emerge.

pretty impressive to see di luca attacking again after his attacks on stage 10. Im still waiting for him to blow but I think im pulling for him at this point.

I've been so jaded lately with all the doping news, that of course the first thing that popped into my head is whether or not Di Luca is "extraterrestrial". Sure hope not - really pulling for him to take the overall.

I was really hoping zabriskie was going to catch up to the lead group on that first climb.

Just last week in another thread, everyone was saying that Simoni "doesn't have it" this year and that Cunego was going to win.

I think Cunego will better his placing from last year but he won't beat Simoni.

simoni has looked real good so far.

Has surprised me. I definitely thought Ricco would be the Saunier's #1.

Looks like his 35 000 euro p/a doping program is paying dividends as well.....:D
