I've been asked for my "What a Wonderful World" (http://youtube.com/watch?v=X65oF7cw_Bw) video on YouTube to be played at a fund raising concert. This concert is a fund raiser for the Heroes Pavillion project in Harrisburg, PA.

From what I gather, they want to use the video projected as a backround while the band plays. How cool is that?!?

For those in the area, with an interest to attend, the particulars are: June 28 & 29 (the 29th is my birthday, that's way cool!) in the Central Dauphin East High School auditorium in Harrisburg, PA, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Nice vid! However, before you agree, I hope you have researched the copyright issues and have permission to use Satchmo's song - from whomever now owns the rights.

Thanks.

I have an out. They are performing the song, they're just going to be using my video. I don't see any potential infringement problems with my sequencing some images that happen to coincide with his music.

Given it's a charitable event, it's likely that use would fall under "fair use" anyway.
