duh...it is just naive to think they aren't! I have no problem with it if everyone is doing it in the peloton...which if it keeps going at this rate that will be the case!

I was just thinking about how this is the first time in 30 years that I really don't care who is riding in the Tour. For that matter, I don't care about any sports, especially professional sports. My life is too busy to waste watching someone else perform.

I'd almost like to see a new class added: Something like "Unlimited", where they can do what they want! Hell, I wouldn't care if they added borg superchargers! That way, the "Clean athletes", if there are any wouldn't have to compete with the dirty ones. Add in a codicil that if you test dirty in the clean class, it's a lifetime ban in ALL classes!

Okay - I don't get it really with professional sports. Fine, if someone wants to pay me to ride (yeah, right, I am 48) okay - but paying huge sums of money just because I can ride a bike - pretty weird if you ask me. Include all professional sports.
I guess it is all about supply and demand. A lot of demand to see these guys tell you that if you buy Xbrand product you can be like them. How strange. Let's be serious, if Lance Armstrong was on a Walmart special and I was on the most awesome bike in the world, he would still crush me. It isn't the bike, it is the engine.
It is all about as artificial as it gets - might as well add drugs to the mix...
