Same here, I have to keep the miles up and taper later in the week before the tour. Meantime, I'm pulling a loaded trailer around to keep up the legs!

We've had over 15" of rain here this month. In Monday there was an article in the paper about the recent "100 yr. flood" that we just had. Two days later, we had another 100 year flood. (not kidding) :rolleyes:
This is Kansas, the state that was once thought to be a desert, buy the first explorers. I swear since the first of the year it has been a major challenge to ride. I am a morning rider, and it has rained or snowed countless mornings this year. It is almost unbelievable. We have chances of rain for as far as the weather man can predict still.
I don't think it will ever stop. :mad:

God I wish, we're still on fire. Smokey, is what one's neighbors name their cat, it should never have to be used as a modifier to describe weather.
And for that matter, fire, is also a damned poor way to describe weather too.
