Here it is, set up with a standard set of Panniers and a trunk bag. It doesn't look too bad either. I used a standard Avenir rear rack and set some shackle bolts on the seat frame back for the front mount and the down struts are attached at the lower mount points.

Well, we used the pannier setup for a grocery run and it seems to have the weight distribution about right as well, 25 pounds in the bags and no difference in how it rode at all!:D
