Palomar Monday morning????

After yesturdays butt kickin ride, I think I need to do something sorta challenging before heading into the Baldy ride next Saturday. Im thinking of heading up to the Observtory from Harrahs, 30ish miles total. I plan to leave the casino at 6-6:30 so I can not have bikes all around me. Anyone care to join me?

south side, up to the bubble and back. Nothing more, nothing less. Figure the ride should take about 3 hrs total if that. It will only take 30 mins to get back from the Store to the car.

My forced caloric deficit kicked my butt yesterday. But, I lost 3 lbs on Saturday alone....so that's something.

Palomar was good this morning. I left the parking lot at 5:35am and and pulled into the store about qtr minutes after 7. The elapsed time was 1hr 40min, a bit faster then I thought I would have made it up. Took a few minute break at the fork to get a Gu down.

Palomar is really nice without all the speeding bikes around you:D Let me know next time you're down here and we'll get a ride in or two.
