Don't get sealed pedals, it's a waste of money. The Macneil cassette is not supposed to be that good, get a Demoltion cassette in the back laced up to hazard lights with DT swiss spokes, or you could even go to Hoffman Generator rims if you need to save the money. As for forks, get anything Odyssey or Sunday! and you are fine.

I always run sealed, when I'm buying pedals I don't even consider unsealed. They aren't a waste.

I wouldn't believe it.

Proper cassette on Danscomp for $84, then use one of the codes

I wouldn't buy a Proper cassette unless I was majorly limited on cash.

theyre good hubs

FitRider 921

They aren't of the caliber of other hubs.

Ill look into demolition because i've heard good about them and they are probably my second choice and i think im gonna go with a cheaper unsealed pedal and maybe get them off ebay to save some money.
i still need suggestions on chainwheel and forks though

FitRider 921

Good ideas.
Chainwheel, pretty much anything 7075.
Forks, anything Odyssey or Sunday!. Primo Kamikaze's are also good as well and come with a "no questions asked" warantee.

will the primo kamikaze fork and demolition anexria casset and demolition Bulmia front hub all work together

FitRider 921

Yes, although the cassette has nothing to do with the fork. I'm pretty positive the fork comes in 3/8ths.

cwt341
05-27-07, 10:16 PM
o true that.sorry im a bit tired and wasn't thinking there. Yea the fork comes in 14mm and 3.8. I think im going to go with maybe the Stolen Engagement ring chain wheel.

Ok its not a big deal right now but my next question is on the cassete as im looking at them im getting it in white and it says 36 and 48H. what does that mean what kind fo gearing should i go with for trails

gnr rocker
05-27-07, 10:30 PM
that means how many spokes their are, you need 48 if you didnt know what that meant

cwt341
05-27-07, 10:31 PM

with the forks, you should be able to pick up some 3/8th adaptors to put on 14mm forks. just helps if you want to change axle size easily.

'tard.

it's 28/10, ratio's aren't hard. Anyways, 33/12. It's the smallest a lot of hubs can go without a 1 piece driver.

FuzzyRyder

The demolition hub comes with a one piece driver.

Forks, anything Odyssey or Sunday!. Primo Kamikaze's are also good as well and come with a "no questions asked" warantee. Tree or Profile for sprockets.

Odyssey, Sunday or S&M/Fit for forks. Nothing else.

And the Odyssey cassettes are like $84 so get that instead of a Proper. My friends exploded.

I think im going to go with the Profile sprocket with oddyesey forks and demolition casset and hubs i just have to figure out what gear ratio i should run with this.

Agreed with the pedals, waste. all my freinds have hamilton unsealed and nothing is bad about them. hazard hub. pretty much everything you said. and DK grips suck

No it wouldn't, learn your ratios and learn your math before you try talking ****.

28/10 is the standard ratio, just like 44/16, 39/14, 36/13, 33/12, 30/11, 28/10, 24/9.

At least I'm not as dumb as GNR and know most of the ratio's, I know they get a little more off the lower it goes.

Plus GNR chews, which is also dumb. Plus, I hear his mom can suck the chrome off of a trailer hitch.
