Hey all, just broke a spoke on an 84 raleigh road bike(rear wheel)

tire looks like it has a warped spot on it because with every rotation tire moves about 1/8" or so in but doesn't touch frame. Would it be o.k. to take it out in this condition or should I leave it parked?

A wheel with a broken spoke can be ridden. However, it will only get more out of true over time. It is best to replace the broken spoke and retrue the wheel.

Can it be ridden? Yes. Can it be safely ridden? No.
