Does anyone know how much it would usually cost for smeone to get new brake pads and new brake handles?

I'm not sure how much new brake handles are, that will depend on the ones you want. It cost me £20 ($30) for a full set of brake pads (4 * brake pad).

I bought 2 pairs of Dura ace Brake pads @$14.00/a pair, not bad.....

The brake handles will vary quite a bit depending on which ones you want/need. If you have STI shifters the cost will be alot higher.
