My friend just bought his beloved Mountain Cycle, DNA. Looks pretty sweet. Not sure of the build but hopefully will get to try it out soon. Anybody have any experiences with Mountain Cycle?

No experience, but always wanted a SanAndreas ever since I saw Shaums March bunnyhopping a "waist high" guard rail with one on flatties.

Nice DNA...not my choice of AM/FR rig this day and age, but I'd have alot of fun on it!

Give your friend props and bug the crap outta that guy until he lets you take it for a spin.

There's about 6" all round I believe, we're gonna hook up in a couple of weeks so I get to take it for a spin.

the one thing i dont like about that bike is its look but i might buy one of their hardtail frames

I built up a Mountain Cycle-Rumble hardtail. It's still my only bike. I love the Rumble frame but I don't care for the look of their full suspension bikes. Having said that, the look of a well designed frame isn't the most important thing, it's just nice if it looks good too.

The frame is designed to be an all arounder type of bike. Good for FR, XC, Urban etc. Honestly, I'm not huge into any specific genre so it's hard for me to say for certain if it's great compared to others. I built it up just as something that can take a beating when I want to hurt myself on some jumps etc. and still ride xc with. If I had to choose, I'd say it's more of a FR frame than anything though.
