Looking for some advice!
I'm set on ordering with the 2007 Nemesis off BD or the newly released 2008 model. The biggest difference between the two are the Carbon Cranks on the 08, Full Dura-Ace on the 08 and the Ritchey Wheels on the 08. Both years have the same frame, aero bars, etc. I'm 6'4" and weigh 215 lbs!
My question are:
1. Do you think the 08 model is a worth the extra $300?
2. Should I worry about the FSA carbon cranks due to my size and weight
3. I'm thinking 61 cm for my size - I ride a 63 Trek 1500 right now, which is actually a little big for me.
Seem right?
4. Are the Ritchey wheels any better than the Xero wheels on the 07?
I will be using the bike for sprints, Olys and training for a 1/2 IM next season. Any other advice on these two bikes would be great.
For the record, I have nothing to do with BD, I just think for the money I can't beat the price on either model of this bike. I did look at the Fuji Aloha, which is the same as the Nemesis and really like the frame design and setup. Thanks in advance for your help.
