Foo - Where's a good place to get a loan?

My CEVO Semi-Pro Counter Strike: Source team is freaking pwning, and it looks like we might be getting a few invites to some international events.

However, we are broke, and can't afford to travel. :(

How would I go about borrowing some money to get us to where we need to go?

go play in that virtual world where you can amass wealth/property and then sell your profile and belongings on ebay.

Or find a supplier in the gaming industry to sponsor you at the tournament in exchange for using their product, wearing their gear, drinking their drink, etc.

Well, we do have a sponsor in a local shop, maybe he can leverage our pwnage with corporate people and get us some t-shirts with our names and sponsors on them, and perhaps some travel money.

I have a number of chars from WoW, and have had people offer me over $1000 for my account. Sounds good, but the character names I have are distinct to me, and I've seen this happen more than once:

Someone buys account.
Paypal or check clears.
one week later, password on account is changed, the account is locked due to parental controls set, and the same account is resold to another sucker.

A person puts account up for sale.
Someone offers a certified check for it, or paypals.
3 days later, no money -- the certified check is found to be a fraud, or PayPal does a chargeback.
The account sold is either unrecoverable as the password and user info is changed, or the fraudulent buyer stripped all the characters and used the account for botting until it shows up on Blizzard's cheat logs and gets banned.
