I've got a Kona Caldera, and I'm looking at installing a road chainset onto the bike. Is this possible? If so how
Thanks a lot

Do you mean crankset?
If so, then you will need a bottom bracket 5mm longer that the one spec'd for the road crank.
You will need a road front derailleur (probably but not absolutely)
Road front derailleurs are almost universally down pull. (frame must accomodate that)
You will need road flatbar shifters or friction to accomodate the different ratio on the road front derailleur.

You may run into chainring clearance problems.

If your frame has a bracket mount for the FD (rather than clamp), you might not be able to get the FD high enough for the bigger rings.
