BMX - Odyssey Cassette Driver Swap

What are the steps involved in removing the driver and axle from an odyssey cassette? I've removed the jamb nuts, but it still seems to be captive. It's probably something simple that I'm overlooking, but I would like to know what it is. Thanks.

Turn (to the left?) and pull, the pawls need to not be engaged

It will only move about 3/8", but the pawls are still engaged (click when turned) - This is the older style cassette, would that make any difference? I've tried finding schematics online to no avail and still have no idea what I'm missing. Thanks, though.

Just yank on it while twisting. If it doesn't work, then yank on it while twisting the other way. It's very simple. It's so easy, a caveman could do it!

Seems it should be, but it won't move past that point - I can pull it to where I can see the pawls and try to twist it off when they're low, but it doesn't make any difference. The image shows how far It will come.

That is an old cassete. I'd just pull it really hard and twist at the same time (just realised this sounds kinda dirty)

Just yank on it while twisting. If it doesn't work, then yank on it while twisting the other way. It's very simple. It's so easy, a caveman could do it!
Don't forget to remove the cone nut that holds it in place!

And just yank as hard as you can with your hands, it should come off. Unless it has a lockring.

Nuts are removed, but yanking yields no result beyond what is shown in the picture. Where would the lockring be? The one holding the cog doesn't make any difference, does it? Thanks.

If it had a lockring it would be under the little lip the driver has where the bearing goes. It's hard to explain. But it could be putting resistance on the driver or holding it in place altogether. I had one on my Shadow hub, which was a pain in the ass. But when i got my new driver they didn't send me one, so i just run it without one and the hub wobbles and stuff. Sweeeeet!

So, given that information, will the new one piece drivers even work, were I even able to pop this one off?
