Ok newby quesion.
Just started out riding and looking to get into the scenes abit more. I play BBall and run so i am fit. Just wondering how fit. Now what are the average times over sertion distances?? I suppose you can't put them in Kilometres if possible.

Very simple,
Stop by a few events locally and check them out for yourself. All categories will range in time.
For say juniors or beginners I always had a "rule of thumb" of an average of 40km/h will always place you good in these categories. Since you are new try aiming for this in say 20 km time trials. This is of course mainly flat event.
