TRAFFIC ALERT: 2007 CSC Invitational Bicycle Race

The Arlington County Police Department will close several streets in
Clarendon on Saturday, June 2, for the 2007 CSC Invitational bicycle
race. Listed below are the streets that will be affected.

From 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.:

o Wilson Blvd. from 10th St. to Edgewood St.
o Clarendon Blvd. from Washington Blvd. to Edgewood St.
o Washington Blvd. from 13th St. to Highland St.
o Highland St. from Wilson Blvd. to Washington Blvd.
o Garfield St. from Wilson Blvd. to Washington Blvd.
o Fillmore St. from Wilson Blvd. to Washington Blvd.

Race attendees are encouraged to use Metro. The Clarendon station on
the Orange Line is located in the middle of the race course at the
corner of Highland St. and Wilson Blvd.

In addition, street parking in the area will be restricted. Motorists
should be on the lookout for temporary €œNo Parking€ signs.
Illegally parked vehicles may be ticketed or towed. If your vehicle is towed
from a public street, call 703-228-4252. (TM/OEM)

p.s. the DoD will also hold a simulated biological attack the same day - i'd avoid Columbia Pike by Ground Zero...
