bottom bracket/pedals/????
and it's driving me f*******n crazy. it only clicks when under force, and I can't locate the cause....
HELP before I lose my mind!!!

Many thousands of posts on these noises, ans just as many possible causes.
The precis: start lubing the easy-to-get-to stuff. Move to the hard-to-get-to-stuff. Repeat.

1. bottom bracket to shell interface
2. bottom bracket spindle to crank arm interface
3. crank arm to chain ring interface
4. crank arm to pedal interface
lube it all up with kentucky jelly

chain especially if you use a master link, they do wear out and have been known to cause a click you can feel in the pedal
