Mountain Biking - Waterproofing goggle lenses?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I was out downhilling at snowshoe and it started raining so I put my goggles on. The water was kicking up into my goggles a lot and made it really hard to see (and I didn't have my tearoffs with me). Is there any way to waterproof the outside of my goggles so the water won't stick to the lens?

Bike faster so the water streams right off.;)

I agree.
And ride as much as you can between the drops.

there are these little squeegie rings that fit on your thumb. If your goggle gets all raindroppy you can just give them a swipe with a back of your thumb and the flipper attached to it wipes the water off. It's made for skiiers.
