I got an email about this race which takes place in late June. Anyone familiar w/ the area? The "old Georgetown wall"? Anything with "wall" in the name is appealing:) Payouts are pretty nice and go 10 deep so maybe it'd be $30 rather than the usual $18 for 7th place;)

I used to live in Kendall Park (just up the road) and raced on one of the CRCA teams, so I rode by Rockingham and over to Griggstown all the time. The "Georgetown Wall" is about a quarter of a mile long and steep. But it's been too many years for me to give you more detail. Then it runs down towards the Delaware Canal...the route is rolling to flat except for that one part.

See if this works. (http://www.eventmg.com/index_files/page0008.htm)

nice:) I was riding out the door this AM and hadn't looked in detail at the promoters site, so thanks for the link. This looks like it will be worth the trip.
