Sigh..
So, I finally, after years (literally) of humming and hawing.. order a Thudbuster.
A Thudbuster LT, along with the extra 'heavyweight' elastomer (which only fits the LT).

I just received it yesterday, and to my horror, it's an ST.

I quickly went back and checked my confirmation email from the original, and sure enough, it looks like I ordered an ST. I can't believe my luck/stupidity. I thought I was very careful in my selection on their website, because the 27.2mm post actually comes in 2 different lengths, for both the LT and the ST. I was sure to go for the normal length, LT.
Any suggestions? I sent them an email, begging for their mercy. I fear I am looking at an additional 2 way trip of shipping, that's if they even accept the return/exchange.
I suck.
