I've been riding quite often recently, usually in the evening after work. When, I get home, I don't have any more energy for clubs or late night.

Nothing kills the mood more than getting a huge hamstring cramp mid-intercourse.
Or having to tell her to "go easy on the bonch" because of that saddle sore that just won't go away.

if running a business, running around kids/raising kids,taking care of a house/yard and running everyday didnt affect it yet, I don't think throwing in biking will:p

Foot cramp here. :rolleyes: But this was unrelated to cycling, and occurred some years ago. Never knew I could hit the floor so quickly! Almost ninja-like! :eek:

I'm the exact opposite when it comes to cramps... When the hammy goes, I straighten out like a board and my face makes a look that begs the question "why isn't the inmate using lube?".

My instep cramped. Had to stand up and put my weight on my foot to stretch it out. If I'd stayed in bed, my big toe would've been in a very bad way, and the pain would have left me incapable of reaching down to massage it out.

Yes it's affected it.
I have much more now. Can go longer without pig-sweating or hyperventilating. Have much less fatty cushioning. A much more appealing package (according to my s.o.)
