any shop that can order out of qbp (which is most of them) can order a surly. he might have to put down a deposit though.

Yeah, but what a hassle, right? Aren't Surlys sort of a funny fit, so there's a good chance for mistakes? Nobody has them in the showroom, right?

Bicycle Habitat carries the pre-built Surly CrossCheck, possibly the pre-built LHT as well.
There isn't really a showroom, since until a few months ago Surly only sold frames, not complete bikes, and only do like 2-3 complete bikes at all....
