I'm now on bike number 2. I purchased a Specialized Allez road bike. It only comes in a flat blue color which I'm not thrilled about, but I really like Specialized products. Will be picked up on Friday when I drop my Diamondback MTB off for some maintenance. I currently use my DB for commuting with a pair of slicks. I'm thinking I'll alternate the 2 for commuting so that each ride will give me a different type of work out. I'll use the Specialized for my longer ride just ride outings. I'm getting it pretty much stock with the exception of Shimano SPD pedals since I have them on my MTB. I'm really excited about this bike. I guess I'm now considered an avid biker since I have 2 bikes that fit into most riding styles.
