well guy/girls...it's been about a month now that I have been on BF, and owned my first roadie.
I started out riding 5 miles a day for the first 2 weeks, then up that to 10, two weeks later and now i ride about 20 miles every other day, with no problems....
well sunday will be my first organized race, it's a 30 mile Patt(personal assessment time trial)
my question is how do i aproach this TT, i have never raced before so i don't know if i should pace myself at first, and finish strong, or do i just put the hammer down, and hope that i am able to finish?
I have a cycle computer on my bike ,but it dose not have cadence, so i have no way of knowing my pace except for my average speed:(
TIA
