The jersey design uses a very dark blue that does not match with any of the required pre-dyed colors for the shorts. The only "custom" part of the bibs and shorts is the U-PANEL or T-PANEL.
http://blastradius.home.mindspring.com/template-pre-dyed-lycra-colors.jpg
_IF_ everyone doesn't mind, we can adjust the blue in the jersey to match the pre-dyed lycra available in the shorts.
Here's how it would look. As you can see, the original very dark blue is very close to black.

Sorry, I posted the three bib/shorts images but had to step away from the computer before I could explain.
So the jersey design is a really dark blue.
Attached is the template for the bibs and shorts.
They can only be printed on the stripe section; the "black" sections cannot be printed on and can only be one of seven pre-dyed colors.
There's two options:
1) In order for the bibs to match the jersey, the blue sections of the the jersey needs to be changed to Pantone Matching System Navy 2767c. Here's an example of how the vest would be with the pre-dyed navy. Everyone who ordered a jersey will have to agree with this option.
or
2) The jersey can be left as is and the bibs can use pre-dyed black which may be a better match for the really dark blue of the jersey. Only folks who want a short or bib will have to agree.

I will buy shorts if they match the jersey color and I don't care which color (navy or black) that is. I'll PayPal you if we get a concensus for one or the other.

OK, the black shorts/bibs it is. We'll leave the darker blue for the jersey and wind vest.
Keep in mind you can also order plain solid-color pre-dyed bibs as well.
$55 for a plain colored or BFNC design bib is cheap and the chamois seems pretty good too.

OK guys and gals, were on our way.
I've submitted the "credit card authorization form" which included an estimated $900 50% deposit.
Artwork has been submitted and we should have proofs shortly (hopefully less than 2 weeks).
Once I have the proofs and approve them, I'll pay the remaining balance and submit the final sizes and counts.
Anyone still trickling in can be added up till when I need to submit final payment.
Anyone not paid in full by then will not get in on the order (this time around).
Final design:
#34 raglan sleeved jersey, very dark blue/yellow
#34 wind vest/sleeveless jersey, very dark blue/yellow
"#34" u-panel short/bib, pre-dyed black/yellow
This is the artwork submitted.

The first set of proofs arrived Saturday, AMAZING.
Here they are if you want to check them out.
Jersey (PDF) (http://blastradius.home.mindspring.com/bikeforums.net%20nor%20cal%20jersey%20V1.1.pdf)
Shorts/bibs (PDF) (http://blastradius.home.mindspring.com/bikeforums.net%20nor%20cal%20short%20V1.1.pdf)
Vest (PDF) (http://blastradius.home.mindspring.com/bikeforums.net%20nor%20cal%20sleeveless%20V1.1.pdf)
The shorts came in good, black like we asked.
The jersey and vest looks black (although it may just be very, very dark navy).
I've sent them back for further clarification and whether the champ-sys logo can be yellow.
Upon investigation here's what I found:
This is how the colors breakdown into RGB values.
R G B
PMS 2767 20 33 61
BF34 14 23 40
PMS BLACK 61 51 43
The original blue (BF34) from AzureDrpTp's source file is only slightly different than Pantone Blue 2767.
It's slightly darker than 2767 and is even darker than Pantone BLACK.
I can't tell the differnence but on laptop screen the colors may not reproduce as well as a calibrated CRT.
I've asked for proofs with both 2767 and BF34.
Here's the jersey with PMS 2767 and Original "34" Blue.

BF34-blue, RGB 14 23 40, HTML #0E1728, CMYK 0.650 0.425 0.000 0.843
BF34-yellow, RGB 255 204 0, HTML #FFCC00, CMYK 0.000 0.200 1.000 0.000
I also asked to have the yellow on the shorts to be the same yellow.

Who is unsure of their sizing choice and could make it to the Bay Area to try a sizing sample?
I'm about to make a sizing sample request for XS and S Race Cut jerseys and can add others.
The only gotcha is they need to be returned within 7 days of receipt so if you can't make it
here to try it on within those 7 days there'd be no point.
Here's some more info from their sizing sample request form:
About Our Sizing
Men’s jerseys are available in “race cut” and “club cut”. Race cut is a slimmer, more “Euro” fit. Club cut is a more relaxed, American fit. Don’t be confused – the club cut is not a baggy cycling jersey. It’s still a classic cycling jersey – it’s just not as tight as a race cut. We tell our customers this – if you are not a competitive racer, don’t order the race cut. Women’s jerseys are only available in one cut. We offer over 25 custom products so it’s not possible for us to carry sizing samples for every garment we offer. All our garments are based on our jerseys and short patterns. Keep in mind that outer layer garments like vests and jackets are designed to be worn over other garments so when in doubt order a size up. For skinsuits and tri suits, we suggest ordering the same size as your short. There are no size issues for our arm/knee/leg warmers and gloves so order the same size you normally wear. Please refer to our size chart at www.champ-sys.com if you need additional help with sizing.
Our Policy Regarding Samples
Samples are sent for review purposes only and are not to be used. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all samples are returned in good condition. All damaged samples and/or samples not returned within 7 days of receipt will be charged to your credit card. We have a limited supply of samples so please return the items when you have finished your review.
