It's best to use a tape measure wrapped around your chest right under your arms and with your arms down. It's easier to have a second persond measure you. If you don't have extra "energy storage" you can just use the RACE cut otherwise the CLUB cut may be more comfortable since it's a bit looser.

and paypal fees...duh.
Anyway it's not fair to change pricing after I sent out all the info, so _if_ you want you
can include an extra $2.00 for the cost of shipping to me.
This is optional and I'll chalk it up as a cost of learning.
Also optional is an extra $2.00 for using Paypal (again I plan to eat this as a cost of learning).

I'd like to get a wind vest in similar colors. How do I coordinate that with this order? Include in "accessories"? According to Champion website it looks like it's possible to add an unrelated item as long as we have the minimum for the jerseys. Will this request make things too complicated?

I was was one pound away from the cydes bracket a month ago. I think I am hovering around 190 now..
I am 5' 8". I am eagerly trying to get down to 170-175.. I am trying to do as much as possible with the BF group (rides) not only to loose my excess stored energy, but they are total cool peeps and are a great group of friends to be around..
This jersey order I am ordering a (L) Jersey and hope to replace it in the future with a medium.

As a latecomer to this, and with an interest to acquire a jersey, I browsed the several threads on this topic, found lots of design discussions, orders, but never did find the answers to cost of jersey, shipping, where to mail the paypal transaction, where to pick up the jersey, etc. I did learn of a paypal fee of $2 and a shipping cost of $2. Hi all,
We're getting close. We have 25 out of 36 confirmed jerseys paid for.
Two things:
There isn't enough interest in a custom arm or knee warmer design but we can still order solid color accessories without any minimums. Custom arm/knee warmers require a minimum 10 pieces even if the jersey minimums have been met.
On a better note, since we've met the minimum jersey order we can order onesy, twosies of bibs, shorts, wind vests, etc, custom or solid colors.
Please verify your size, cut, and zipper preference for your order on the chart in post #1.

So I am somewhat confused on color schemes.
Jersey is Blue and Yellow.
Wind Vest black and yellow
and bibs are either blue and yellow or black and yellow?

Sorry, I posted the three bib/shorts images but had to step away from the computer before I could explain.
So the jersey design is a really dark blue.
Attached is the template for the bibs and shorts.
They can only be printed on the stripe section; the "black" sections cannot be printed on and can only be one of seven pre-dyed colors.
There's two options:
1) In order for the bibs to match the jersey, the blue sections of the the jersey needs to be changed to Pantone Matching System Navy 2767c. Here's an example of how the vest would be with the pre-dyed navy. Everyone who ordered a jersey will have to agree with this option.
or
2) The jersey can be left as is and the bibs can use pre-dyed black which may be a better match for the really dark blue of the jersey. Only folks who want a short or bib will have to agree.
