Screw bug spray, its misquito nets you want in the deep woods. The clouds of misquitos are horrendous in the upper Michigan woods.

I've only seen a few mosquitoes so far this year, they usually don't get bad till later in the summer. I have ridden through several giant swarms of gnats however. They don't bite, but they suck when you swallow them or get them in your eyes!
