I am looking forward to going to Arkansas soon to ride the IMBA Epic, Womble trail. I plan to do a 37 mile out and back over two days. I wll carry all my supplies on my back including tent, sleeping bag, water etc. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I shouldnt leave home without? Does anyone have experience with this type of ride?
