Triathlon - Running/Biking route tool

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I found out about this site a couple of days ago. I'm sure you could do it on google maps. I haven't searched around to see if there is a better option, but for those who don't use GPS/Footpod/Cyclocomputer here is a way to see what you have done. I have used it to plan rides and works out pretty well. Have fun:

I use www.mapmyrun.com and www.mapmyride.com
Nice Frank. The usatf one won't let me use the scroll mouse button to zoom in and out, but those will. I like them better, thanks.
I've been using http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/
