Do you know of any used bicycle shops in the MoCo/DC/NVa areas? My S.O. has a 30 year old Schwinn Varsity that is considering converting to a fixie. Yesterday he discovered that the rear axle is stripped; so I think that he pretty much wants to do it. We're looking for a place that sells really old used bikes and parts. The only place that I know of is in Philadelphia.

Oh, we don't own a car so some place Metro/Bus accessible would be best.
