I have a Pinarello Paris that has a carbon sleeve bonded to the seat tube...It is cracked at the top where the clamp secures the post. Is it possible to repair something like this? It seems to me they would have to take the old sleeve out and put a new one in...and then rebond it to the to the tube...also, are there businesses that do this kind of work? Thanks for any help you can give!

You can try Harry Havnoonian. He has done non-ferrous frame repair for years. I don't know that he can fix your particular frame, but I've had some work done by him years ago to repair a Vitus carbon frame. It's worth the phone call/email to find out.
