I recently got a new set of Campy wheels but they have Shimano freehub. The seller made a mistake and he is sending me a Campy freehub to swap out. The job seems simple enough, but I was just wondering just how hard, tricky or complicated it might be.
Has anyone done it and what, if anything, do I need to watch out for?

taking off a campy free hub is really easy.

insert a 5mm allen into the axle and take off the lock nut on the driveside. its marked "Lock --->" so turn the opposite way. the lock nut will unscrew and you can pull the cassette body off. to reinstall, reverse my instructions. You'll have to hold down the pawls and slide the body on.

Campy's web site (www.campagnolo.com) has .pdf files of all of their owner manuals so you should be able to find complete descriptions and illustrations for servicing your wheels.
