I guess I'm the only human on the planet that doesn't find that even slightly funny.

translation: BOC is a Long Island hair metal band. Along with Twisted Sister, perhaps the only viable rock and roll exports from that particular part of the world, niether of whom I particularly like, nor do I particularly like Long Island, either. make fun of any of the three, and I'm laughin'

Always wondered what that meant whenever I saw it in the roadie forum.

Pretty much.

SNL at it's finest.

Nope, you aren't.

I thought it was funny when I first saw it on SNL back in what 1998? Then it suddenly got popular with internet kiddies eight years later, and it wasn't funny anymore.

Eh, the first one was okay. The second was pretty boring and not very funny. The carpet-bombing marketing strategy used by the second and third movies are really tilting me towards hate.

You're on your own on the chocolate thing, though...

the first time i saw shrek i fell asleep & the second time i watched it i couldn't wait for it to end. the only other movie that i couldn't wait to end was bowfinger. terrrrible! *shudders* (bowfinger was worse than shrek, just for the record.)

Chris Kattan did a spoof of Hall and Oates on VH1 for SNL. Was portraying John Oates and was wanting credit for clapping in one song as I recall. Not sure if it was more cowbell funny but it was good.

I guess I must have missed it the first time around, I'm not that big of an SNL fan, how square am I? I can see how pop culture probably overplayed it, but still, I think it's funny.

I saw that segment the first time it aired. It turned me on to BOC.

....I'm not that big of an SNL fan, how square am I? .......

SNL has not been funny since Belushi, Akroyd, Murray, Morris, etc.

Samuria Tailor, Bass-O-Matic, Mr. Bill, Chico Pasquela - now that was some funny stuff.
