I'm riding a modified Roberts' "Hills and Horse Farms in NE Dutchess" this Saturday. http://www.roberts-1.com/bikehudson/r/east/ne_dutchess/map/index.htm. My pace on the flats is 21.5. On the hills I average 18. I'm training for Ironman Lake Placid. Please let me know if you'd like to join me. Company is always welcome.
