Electric Bikes - Electric Bike Gallery

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

A ticket that would be for a unlicenced, unregistered, uninsured motor vehicle speeding and driving wrecklessly could bring in a few $$$$ besides them impounding your motorcycle and aresting you.Your videos would support there case along with forum input in your bloggs.
Besides the crime you're committing everytime you **** the English language, aren't your videos documented proof of your law breaking? Didn't Linda Lingle say 'NO!' to your ebikes?

How is that any different from you riding around at 40+mph on video, considering ebikes are not legal where you ride?

Lowell.. just a thought... To reduce heat score factor a couple notches....remove the Honda from the fairing in the front.
I can't believe so many ppl are worried about the legalities of these things. Just goes to show how much easily risk and the go-for-it mindset can be squashed in society. Without risk and a push to change there will be no success and we will continue to consume what we are told to, until there is nothing left. These contraptions could be the harbinger of change to get more ppl out of their cars. If it were up the oil companies this technology would never have seen the light of day. Only because the current versions serve as no threat to the allmighy car have these things even been allowed to be marketed in any version. Keep it up.
Remember inventors.... five words to success. Test pilots and non-disclosure agreements. :lo:

This is not worrying about always being legal as much as it's a 'pot calling the kettle black' kind of thing.

I'd like to fit a smaller windscreen all together, similar to the way newer sport bikes have double bubble screens that are narrower up top.
I will be shooting a new video soon, as I want to get a ride going with some local ebikers and we are going to ride through the most congested rush hour traffic to show how much quicker ebike commuting can be.

Robbie My ebikes were legal bikes at the posted speed limit when they were registered and when the videos were took.No one here getts tickets unless going over 55 mph in the 45 mph zone.

If this is true then your videos are yesterdays news, so why continue to bore everyone with them now in the present?
