from the story it sounds like he ignored all the warnings that a train was coming :rolleyes:

In a link I read before, it appeared that one train was blocking the view of another on the other track.

Basic train knowledge: when running on tracks, trains ALWAYS have the right-of-way, except perhaps with regard to another train.
