No. 26" vs 650/700 C. Suspension Road forks have been made. Cannondale had suspension head tube shock. Ebay is the first choice. GVHbikes.com, Bikesdirect.com, craigslist.com, Performance or nashbar depending on what you need.

Recently bought a Nashbar MTB Frame with seatpost from them for $30.00 on special back in April. I figured for that price I could GIVE it away if I thought it was anything less than what I wanted to build up.
After putting some nice parts on it and working the kinks out, I have a very nice fast MTB to use in commute and path duties.
