QUICK! food park question

I haven't had a Saturday off in over a year and finally I get one tomorrow (5/9). I plan on riding food park but I don't know the details...

- does it start at 8:00 or 8:30?
- is the pace similar to como?
- which is the slower group: turn on Laguna Canyon or keep going staight?

I've seen that, but the info on there is not always correct and can be misleading. For example, como does not have a 7:45 (old man) and 8:20 (fast group) start - both groups start together.

Also, I read on another site that the slow group goes straight on Laguna Canyon, so I'm not sure which to take
