Anyone else do this today? 92 Degrees, hot and SUNNY!
I did the 4's, 50 miles of fun! Was doing really well until some ...uh... I can't think of a nice word to describe him person attacked out of the feed zone and I had to chase back on. Stuck with it for a while longer, but eventually got dropped on a hill. I made a bunch of mental mistakes, but oh well! Fun race, anyways.
The 4's seemed like they ended up strung out anyways, so it was OK.

Perhaps next year. How were the Masters fields?

No masters races today. All of the Age-based championship races are in July.

At least you raced, and kept the rubber down!
We had some people attack the feed zone on some of our laps. Hard not to really, since it was right after a punishing hill. Not sure if I agree with the practice.

Yeaaah... My hill climbing is uh..weak. Attacking in a feed zone is not cool, though.

+1, it's really bush league and usually anyone who does gets called on it either during or after the race. If there are series of attacks and a natural counter occurs when in the fz, that would probably be an exception though.

I was planning on going out there and racing but called into work, how was the course? Hope it was not a BSK/bike world guy that attacked in the feed zone, they should all no better. . .

After my illness kept my out of Ft Davis I had marked the cat 4 race as my A priority race with the AT&T crit next on the agenda. Then the bronchial infection took it's toll and I'm done until the State TT's in August. Man was it humid yesterday, that must have really beat up the field. Do you know who won? Are doing the AT&T crit next week?

No clue who attacked the feedzone or won. Chasing down the field because of that really was not fun.
I'll be at ATT, but i'm gonna do the 4/5.

Yeah, I'm doing ATT too. M35+ -- hopefully Ravenmore will join me in there. I'm getting really itchy for this race.
