SpongeDad sighting???

Karrie and I went on a ride with Derath, his wife and their friend Mike today down in Bethesda. Sometime between 12:30 and 1:30 I could have swore I saw SpongeDad riding on the Capital Crescent Trail in the opposite direction from us.

Anyhow, good ride (even the unpaved sections) and good company.

[edit] yea fun ride. It was kinda funny, Kellie felt like she got a good workout. I don't think I ever got out of Zone 2. I need to get her out riding more.

Could have been me! I was wearing my red and white "Duvel" jersey and doing a light spin to warm up on the CCT for some interval work on MacArthur Blvd.

All in all, a very nice weekend to ride as long as you missed the Sunday, 2:30pm down pour. (Bibi, who was at a baseball game with the SpongeSons, was not so lucky.)
