Hi,
I have started getting pain in the groin when riding. It happens when I
am putting some effort into it.
I think I may have piled on the weight too fast in the gym. It also could have something
to do with hauling crap in the yard.
Another detail is that when i added a Bagman ( it attaches to the saddle rails) it pushed the saddle
out of the ideal position. I can get a different seapost, I don't think this is a cause, but it might help
with the recovery.
very annoying...
