Finished my 600 k half an hour ago. We used nearly 28 hours. The course here is pretty tough with 5500 meters of elevation. All in all I am quite satisfied with how it turned out. My stomach got really bad so I will have to sort out my eating when (and if) I go to Paris.

Congratulations!!

As I also have stomach issues on some my brevets, I may be able to give you a tip or two of what has helped me.

plodderslusk -- I've found that, for eating, it's really dependent on not just what I eat during the brevet, but what's been in my stomach before the event starts. For instance, I've found that my stomach can get a little testy if I've had a lot of dairy recently, so I'll cut out cheese and milk from my meals two days before the event. My usual pre-ride diet is a pretty simple, plain protein-and-carbs combo. Lunch will be sandwich and/or salad. Dinner is either pasta with meat sauce (again, no cheese), chicken or steak with a baked potato, or sushi. also, cereal or granola for the morning prior and morning of the ride.
