Very nice. It took a couple of months to get to 30, you're proceeding very quickly.
Great job! I just got over 30 today. My next goal is a half century but that is going to take a while. lol

Good job! I wanted to go out a bit longer than usual today, but the wind kept me to just 14 miles.

Not necessarily, I'm not in the best of shape and I did 65 miles a week after doing 30. I couldn't sit down for the rest of the day, but still...

Well done, keep it up. Coming into the nice weather so it should be easy once you get started.

DOH, we should have warned you!
OK, more hot weather advice real quick:
Drink before you are thirsty, if you get thirsty, you are already behind on your hydration curve and headed for heat stroke.
Replenish your electrolytes, I carry 2 bottles of water and one bottle of Sports drink, and you'll be surprised how good that nasty tasting stuff tastes when you need the electrolytes in it!

Should be, but it's better to drink a bit too much than not enough.:p As you get into longer miles, you'll need to look into something a bit heftier than Propel, perhaps Twin Labs Ultrafuel premix. It's maltodextrin base and won't stimulate an insulin spike like Gatorade or Powerade. It's also got electrolytes as well so you don't have top worry about sodium/potassium loss and it supports your blood sugar on longer efforts.;)
