Spent some time riding in these areas last week. These are really wonderful places to ride - unless your not fond of hills. Here's a recap:
6/4 Baraboo 45.9 miles, 14.9 ave, 3,300 ft of climbing. Alrighty - I found some hills!
6/6 Madison to Daleyville 62 miles, 14.4 ave, 5,481 ft of climbing. Hilly, windy, and for the last half it was wet. Toughest ride of the year for me. I followed the "Daleyville Dip" route from the Bombay Bicycle Club book of rides found at Madison LBSs.
6/8 Green Lake - recovery day. 27 miles, 15.0 ave, 1,200 feet of climbing. Glorious.
6/9 Green Lake 43.7 miles, 16.1 ave, 1,930 ft of climbing. Another beautiful day in paradise.
