Hi all, I've been biking to work for 20+ years now and am also an avid Spinner for the past 7 and an instructor for the past 3 years.

I recently purchased my first road bike, after buying nothing buy hybrids, this year, and I really love simply being out on the road.

Hey thanks for the welcome ... the 'new' bike is a Giant TCR-A1, and I also bought a Garmin 305 to go with it ... I mostly commute to work 5 days a week doing 40-50km each day depending if I take the long or shorter route ... I limit my weekend rides just to give the legs a rest, but have done a couple 3 hour rides recently and am hoping to tackle the Gatineau hills one weekend.
