Triathlon - Anyone done the XTERRA EX2 Off-Road Tri at Rocky Gap State Park in MD?

I'm unable to find detailed info for this race (http://www.ex2adventures.com/offroad-triathlon.php) and I'm curious what the bike and run profiles are like, if we'll need wetsuits for the swim (it's on July 15th but who knows), and where a good place to get a room would be.

My mountain bike is out of commision at the moment, otherwise I'd totally be running this one. I hope to be there next year if they hold it again.
