Hey all',
I am bidding on a set of wheels..they r aerohead laced with old school DA hub, those one high flange with cut out. Just wondering if anyone know they have a left-hand thread for the lockring? or they r just old righthand threads???
Cheer,
dub.
Ask the seller. Could be either, trivially it depends on whether it is a fixed hub.

Its a fixed Hub as he said.
I asked him "could u confirmed me that it have a left hand threads to accomondate the lockring?" all he replied is "yes it has a lockring"....
Well I am pending for another confirmation from him. And he reply slow.
Cheer,
Dub.
It could be that it's an old school DA non-fixed hub (i.e. with no reversed lockring threads) and the seller doesn't know or care. got a pic?

if he said it's a fixed hub, then i think you can safely assume it's got the requirements to satisfy the description - cog threads and lockring threads.
But some sellers are ****** bags...

I just shoot him a message again.hopefully he replies quicky....but he did say it was on a track bike with 120mm spacing..it sufficiently to believe its a track wheel with lefthand thread right??

yes, you have sufficient information. nobody with classic dura ace hubs is going to try to pass off road hubs as track hubs.
oh, and not quite the same. probably not as highly polished...

Yep queerpunk is right and the 120mm spacing is another great clue. I'd be very surprised if they didnt have lr threads.

i'll snapped if they dont hve the LHT...haha..
I will keep it update ......
likely to be real track hubs. i have a set from the late 70s spaced at 120 w/ reverse threads.
However, there could be the slight chance that they're spaced 120 for a 5 speed freewheel w/no reverse lockring threads, something that was produced in the 1970s as well
sounds like these are being represented as track hubs, so i doubt they're road type, but it's possible. coulda been ridden suicide, but ideally seller would have mentioned that.
don't mean to feed doubt, just sayin'...
