Bike rentals in Amsterdam

I'm going to be in Amsterdam the first week of July. I've checked out a few rental places- Mac Bikes looks to be about the best, but would love to get opinions and recommendations from anyone who's familiar with this place or others. Also, any good rides to suggest? Should be 75km or less, since form what I can tewll, most rental places don't have the most comfortable-looking touring bikes. Thanks!

Get off the train at central station just outside the door there are plenty of bikes just take one ;)

oh and bring a set of wirecutters !!

serious though I think there is a cycle hire place just outside central station..

MacBike is pretty much the standard. Can't go wrong with them.
