EAI makes campy-threaded and standard threaded cogs. Look at the cog.

it was a light tight going on for the first timeso I didn't want to force it or put too much presure until I was sure about it.
I'm famous for over tighting and stripping threads .

I believe the difference between some track hubs in terms of threading has to do with lockring threads. As far as I can tell, all track hubs use ISO threading for the cog, and most share the same 1.29in x 24tpi lockring threading, but a few such as Campagnolo and Phil Wood (Mavic too?) use a different standard (33.5mm x 24 tpi).

iirc, there is a difference between italian and iso cog threads, something like .005" in the thread pitch but it is more or less negligible in practice.
as far as lockrings, there is your iso 1.29" x 24, italian 1.32" x 24, and mavic 33 x 1mm
