On the Davis Double they serve slices of watermelon at mile 160. They keep them in big bowls of ice, boy do they taste goooooood!:)

Most places you can find pickled watermelon rind.
I eat whole watermelon at a sitting all the damn time. Don't really care if its good for me or not. They are so darn tasty
